                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 TO THE CONTRACT FOR
                   RENOVATION OF THE CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON
                   COUNTY BICENTENNIAL LIBRARY WITH WDB
                   CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, WHICH WILL INCREASE
                   THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY THREE THOUSAND SIX
                   HUNDRED FIFTEEN AND 78/100 DOLLARS
                   ($3,615.78) FOR A TOTAL REVISED OR CORRECTED
                   CONTRACT AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR
                   THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FOUR AND 55/100
                   DOLLARS ($474,704.55) AND INCREASE THE
                   CONTRACT TIME BY TWENTY-EIGHT (28) DAYS.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 4 to the Contract for renovation of 

       the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Bicentennial Library with WDB
       Construction Company, which will increase the contract amount by
       $3,615.78 for a total revised or corrected contract amount of
       $474,704.55, and increase the contract time by 28 days.
